3D Shapes Windows 7 Theme is a theme pack which contains ten high-definition wallpapers with vivid colors for your desktop.

As the name implies, all pictures are based on shapes in a 3D environment. The app can be easily installed and configured, even by inexperienced users.

Each image has a widescreen resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, so they should perfectly fit all screen types, even the large ones.

With the help of the default settings provided by the operating system, you can access the 'Control Panel' area, in order to alter desktop background parameters.

You can remove or delete any pictures which you don't like and don't want displayed on the screen, while the remaining ones can be set to appear in a consecutive or shuffled order; these transitions may be performed at a user-defined time interval, if you select a preset value from the drop-down list, ranging between 10 seconds and 24 hours.

Last but not least, the wallpapers can fit or fill the screen. Alternatively, they can appear stretched, tiled or centered. Unfortunately, 3D Shapes Windows 7 Theme does not integrate a sound scheme.

The gadget puts little strain on the computer's resources, since it runs on a very small quantity of CPU and system memory. It didn't cause us any problems throughout our testing, such as making Windows hang, crash or pop up error dialogs.
