A-PDF Word to PDF

As its name implies, A-PDF Word to PDF is a tool designed to help you turn Microsoft Word-supported documents (DOC, DOCX, RTF, TXT, WRI) into PDF files.

The interface of the application is user-friendly. Items can be imported into the file list by using either the file browser, tree view or 'drag and drop' functionality. Working with multiple entries at the same time is possible.

The file queue displays the name, information, size, date of modification and full path for each item. If you prefer the default settings, then all you have to do is define the output directory, in order to start the conversion procedure.

Advanced users can tinker with the PDF output settings when it comes to the metadata, security (assign a password), watermark placement (text or image), viewer (e.g. magnification, window options), as well as page numbers, layout and options (e.g. orientation, range).

On top of that, you can make A-PDF Word to PDF automatically run at system startup and convert documents with bookmarks, as well as set a conversion timeout. Other features of the piece of software let you use command-line parameters or switch to 'Hot Directories Mode' to monitor a directory in a server.
