When it comes to creating a brand-new alarm, Alarm Timer gives you the possibility to set the time (in hours, minutes, and seconds), start or stop the timer, check out the elapsed time, as well as upload a custom audio file from your computer (WAV, MID, MP3). What’s more, you can make the application shut down the computer at the end of the task and remain on top of other utilities.

On the downside, you are not allowed to test the audio file directly from the main window, enter a custom text message that is displayed when the alarm is triggered, run a user-defined program, and activate multiple reminders at the same time.

During ours testing we have noticed that Alarm Timer carries out a task quickly and without errors. It leaves a minimal footprint on system resources, so the overall performance of the computer is not affected.
