How atEcho Works

The Echo server listens for incoming connections on port 7. Once a connection is made, it takes any data it receives and sends that right back to the sender. So, if you send something over, expect it to come back your way!

Using the Echo Client

On the flip side, the Echo client lets you send specific data to a chosen host on the network. If that target host has its Echo service up and running, you'll get a reply containing whatever you sent as a request. It's like sending a message in a bottle—only way quicker!
