ATIFlash is a specialized software solution that was developed to help computer users who own ATI graphics cards to upgrade their cards' BIOS without significant efforts. As its name clearly states, the application was designed to work exclusively with ATI video cards and it will help users improve their graphics cards' capabilities or fix any problems that might trouble them.

It is highly recommended that whenever using this application, users should provide it with 100% accurate information whenever attempting to upgrade their graphics cards' BIOS, otherwise irreparable damage might be done during the process. Also, only advanced PC users or ones who have previous experience with operating such applications should attempt to flash their ATI graphics cards through this program.

The application doesn't require to be installed on the target computer, since it comes in an archive and simply unpacking it and launching the executable should be enough to use it as intended. It should be noted that 64-bit systems aren't supported by ATIFlash.
