BasicVideo.NET is a cool set of .NET components that lets software developers add video playback and capture features to their apps, all without needing to dive into complex programming languages. This means you can easily record audio and video, and then play it back whenever you want!
There are three versions of BasicVideo.NET to choose from:
This tool is based on OpenWire technology, focusing solely on capturing and playing back video. It doesn't include any features for processing or mixing videos or broadcasting them.
It supports various audio formats like Audio ACM, Win32 API (VFW), and DirectShow (DirectX). Plus, there's a handy Visual Graphical Editor that allows for codeless development!
You can use BasicVideo.NET for free in non-commercial settings, but keep in mind that the source code isn't included. If you want to use it commercially—whether you need the source code or not—you'll need to buy a license.
If you're interested in using the source code along with the Intel IPP interface, you'll have to purchase both BasicVideo.NET and an Intel IPP license separately.
