Once you install it, you'll find a shortcut on your desktop. It makes launching the app super easy! Just remember to run it with administrator privileges for a better experience.

User-Friendly Interface

The main window of Batch Postcode is straightforward. You can choose what you want to do from the 'Features' menu, like 'Batch Code Import,' 'Single Address / Postcode Check,' or 'Multiple Address / Postcode Check.'

Importing Addresses Made Simple

The 'Batch Code Import' feature lets you select an Excel file with all the addresses you need to complete. And guess what? You don't even need Microsoft Office installed on your computer for this!

Just make sure your Excel file follows the right format. You'll need at least six columns: three are must-haves: 'Property No,' 'Property Street Name,' and 'City.' The other columns—'ID/Ref,' 'Area,' and 'Country'—are optional and can be turned off in the program's preferences.

Selecting Addresses to Process

After loading your Excel file, click on the 'Select All in Table' button if you want to process everything at once, then hit 'Complete Selected Addresses Only.'

Manual Checks for Flexibility

If you prefer, you can manually enter a street name or postcode in the ‘Single Address / Postcode Check’ section. You'll get back results that you can use right away! Plus, with ‘Multiple Address / Postcode Check,’ you can input several bits of information at once and automatically get the rest from online sources.
