No Dragging and Dropping

One thing to note is that this tool doesn’t let you drag and drop files into the list. You’ll need to load them manually by using the Add Files or Add Folder buttons. It’s straightforward but just something to keep in mind!

The Importance of File Order

The program automatically decides the format for the merged file based on what type of file is listed first. So if your first file is a *.doc, then that’s how the merged document will be saved—even if there are DOCX files after it.

Saving Your Work
