BOKAS is a user-friendly app that brings together features from accounting tools, inventory management apps, and Point-of-Sale software. It's designed to help you manage your business smoothly!

Designed for the Indian Market

This application specifically caters to the Indian market, making it super easy for users to calculate GST—Goods and Services Tax—since its introduction on July 1, 2017. It’s like having a personal assistant for tax calculations!

Easy Installation Process

You can set up BOKAS on any modern computer with a simple installation process. After installing, you'll just need to enter some details about your database and create an admin account. Oh, and it supports two types of databases: SQLite and SQL Server.

Custom Tax Options

The app lets you assign custom taxes or use the GST HSN code. Plus, if you have multiple stores, you can manage them all in one place! The features are neatly organized into three sections: Customer, Transaction, and Administration.

Exporting Inventories/Sales

You can easily export inventories or sales data into CSV or XLS formats for quick uploads to the GST portal or straight into Excel. If you need physical copies, it also allows printing on A4 and A6 pages.

Tweak Your Settings

In the Settings section of BOKAS, you can customize things like company info, store details, email settings, choose different currencies, and even add image or text watermarks! It’s all about making it work best for your needs.
