What is BRAgent?

Web BRAdmin / BRAdmin Professional is a handy tool that helps you gather info about printers and multi-function devices connected to your Local Area Network (LAN). It’s super useful for keeping track of how these devices are running.

How Does It Work?

If you want to get info from outside your LAN, like in a Wide Area Network (WAN), Web BRAdmin / BRAdmin Professional needs some help. That’s where the Agents come in! These are the BRAgent software programs that run on remote computers. They collect device info from their own LANs and send it back to either Web BRAdmin or BRAdmin Professional.

The Role of BRAgent

The BRAgent plays a key role here. It makes sure there’s smooth communication between remote network devices and the management software, which is BRAdmin. This way, you can easily manage everything from one place!

A Quick Note

One important thing to remember: you can’t run the BRAgent software on a PC that has Web BRAdmin. They just don’t play well together!
