Simple Operation

When you launch the app, it heads straight to the tray area without bothering you with notifications. You can totally trust its default settings, or if you're feeling fancy, you can tweak the settings by opening up the configuration panel. This way, you can decide how often you want those breaks!

Setting Up Breaks

You’ve got two ways to set up when the app reminds you to take a break. The first method lets you pick how often (in hours) you'd like a reminder, but keep in mind that if you're looking for minute intervals, you'll need to get creative!

A Built-in Scheduler

The second method is with its built-in scheduler, which might be easier for some folks. Here, you can add multiple times—both hours and minutes—so Break Reminder only pings you when it's exactly time to take that break.

Add Some Sound!

If you're someone who likes an alarm sound when it's break time, this app's got your back! You can choose between a default sound or even upload your own WAV file. Just remember: you'll need to manually add it to Windows Startup so it runs automatically each time.
