CRRO is a simple and friendly encryption/decryption manager. It features all the basic tools and the muscles to protect your creations from those who might want to interfere. I found encrypting to be very important, especially in situations where one computer is used by more than one user. As a result, the risk of losing important information is quite high.

The principle is quite basic. All one has to do is add a file, create or paste content, and simply bring materials worth encrypting into the equation. From PNG files to MP4 videos, anything can be encrypted with RSA or AES algorithms. Texts can be signed, and multiple keys created for use within your system of encryption.

It adds a little more security to materials you might feel are worth stealing. Avoiding such complications can be done simply with a push of a button. Decrypting is just as easy, provided you keep all passwords and codes within reach and have not forgotten your creation's passphrase. Files can also be encrypted when having them stored. It all boils down to how safe you think your machine really is.

From my point of view, the interface could have used an upgrade. It seemed a tad old and boring. Although this is a tool, since it is so friendly in nature it wouldn't have hurt to add some color to this mix. Regardless, the program remains stable and reliable, two of the things that should be most important to any user out there looking to encrypt, sign, or decrypt files.

Do keep in mind that another crucial aspect of the encryption process is keeping the unlocking key safe while not forgetting about it. Being locked out of your own creations can be a painful but awakening experience for anyone.
