The main window consists of three sections: calendar panel on the left-side, to-do list section, and notes and attachments panel. The main panel represents the actual to-do list that displays all the tasks scheduled for any day you specify. Using the calendar panel enables you to easily navigate between dates. The notes and attachments panel is very useful since it acts as a reminder and it gives you easy access to inserted links, files or images.

Daily To-Do List gives you the possibility to drag and drop emails inside the to-do list and enable you to create tasks from them. The application supports popular email clients such as Mozilla Thunderbird, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook and Windows Live Mail just to name a few.

For each task from your to-do list you can manage its priority by adding a suggestive color, for example red for the highest priority or yellow for the lowest. Plus, you can create your own priority. Columns can be sorted by task name, priority, type, date, recurrence, ID, flags, completion, creation or change date.

Notes from each task can be exported to various formats such as DOC, TXT, RTF, HTML, ODT or PDF.
