DeathSpank: Thongs of Virtue FOR MAC

The second installment in the DeathSpank franchise, Thongs of Virtue, keeps the same comedy action role playing style, yet provides new challenges, more amusing characters, more effective weapons and allows you to have a sidekick.

The game premise is quite simple: as DeathSpank, you must travel around the world in order to find the six Thongs of Virtue. The power of the garments has corrupted the ones that wear them so it is up to you to save the world from their claws.

To achieve this goal you must fight your enemies in various locations: a country side that seems inspired by the World War 2 battlefields, the North Pole (here you get to defeat an evil Santa), outer space or the Old West. In total, you must complete more than 150 quests.

In your adventures you get to collect various weapons and protection armors, but you can also loot various items. What’s more, you get to interact with different characters and have amusing conversations.

DeathSpank: Thongs of Virtue also includes a co-op mode in which  you get to have one of your friends as a sidekick. You can choose if you want to be accompanied by Sparkles the wizard or Steve the ninja.

This version also includes exclusive content: you get to explore The Snowy Mountain Dungeon or you can choose to have Tankko the Warrior join the battle (half man, half spider, Tankko will certainly seed fear among your enemies).

Last but not least, DeathSpank: Thongs of Virtue can be played with a controller, but note that for the game to be able to detect the device, you must connect it to your Mac before you start the app.

To conclude, DeathSpank: Thongs of Virtue delivers a highly entertaining gameplay while giving you yet another chance to save the world.
