Important Note About Restarting

Now here’s a little catch: after making changes, you'll have to restart your computer for them to take effect. The drive locks won’t kick in until you log back on again.

Hiding Your Drives

Once locked, the selected drives will just vanish from Windows Explorer! This means no one can access them unless they go through the unlocking process again. You can even hide CD-ROM drives and floppy drives if you've got them!

If you want to see your drive again, just repeat the steps and reboot your computer once more.
