Easy PDF

When scanning files, you might encounter technical difficulties or glitches when using the dedicated software. Easy PDF is one of the apps that you can use as an alternative.

The main window of the utility is neat and minimalist, without redundant buttons or menus. Even the Preview panel can be hidden if you want to read the document without any distractions.

The main purpose of Easy PDF is to assist you when scanning files, while also compressing the data to make sure the outcome is as small as possible.

If you do not want to scan a new file, you can open an existing PDF file by manually browsing to its location. Unfortunately, you cannot drag and drop it onto the main window.

You can however, launch several instances of Easy PDF, so you can open and review  multiple PDFs at the same time.

You have the possibility to rotate the current page to right or to left, then preview the results immediately, so you can revert it if you are not satisfied with the result.

Moreover, you can move pages up and down from the dedicated menu - you can simplify this task if you rely on the Preview panel instead. You can also remove a page by simply pressing a button.

Another parameter you can experiment with refers to the document's size. More specifically, you can choose between the optimum size, zoom in or zoom out.

Easy PDF is a reliable application that can help you not only scan documents and save them as PDF files, but also open separate PDFs and rotate or move their pages around.
