Events Manager

With age, responsibilities keep stacking up. If in the past was really easy to remember an event, a task, or any other thing on the short to-do list, now that you're all grown up, you might need some help in this department. Events Manager is one of the simpler and undemanding task managers, and it can be of great help if you have a hard time remembering everything you need to accomplish. Of course, there are way more powerful and complex task managers out there, but if you don't want to overcomplicate the situation, this tool can be the perfect solution.

Create new events by going over the Events and clicking on Add. A new window will pop up, allowing you to customize the event. The most important part of setting up a task is to get the dates right. You can manually input the dates or use the calendar to easily select them. The next thing in line is the trigger time. In case you'd like to know how much time remains until you have to do a certain task, you can tick the Countdown checkbox.

Moving forward, the title and text fields must be filled in. You can jot down any piece of information within these fields, but keeping it short and concise would make your life easier.

Once a task reaches its limit, it will be triggered. To ensure you are properly warned by an active task, you can add a sound file to the mix. A nice aspect of this tool is that it allows you to use an individual sound alert for each task in part. In short, if your imagination drives you to have a bit of fun while you are trying to get things done, why not take advantage of that.

Events Manager has some years behind it, and it might not be enough for users with heavy schedulers. On the other side, it could be the perfect companion for individuals who prefer to create shorts reminders of things they have to do for their family or around the house.
