When you first install Everdo and launch it, you’ll see a welcome screen that explains all the basic functions and hotkeys. The team behind Everdo really cares about making sure users have a great experience. They even added some handy tutorials throughout the app.

The app runs smoothly and looks stylish too! It’s responsive, so everything works well when you click around. You can easily organize your tasks and create new ones without any hassle. One tiny downside? It could use more themes—especially a dark mode!

You can keep your information neat by setting up projects and notebooks. Tags are super helpful for filtering your items as well! The Actions section really stands out because it helps you sort tasks into five categories: Next, Waiting, Scheduled, Someday/Maybe, and Focus.

Cleanup Options

There’s also a Cleanup section on the left panel where you can delete or archive items easily. Plus, if you need to move data around, importing and exporting via JSON is straightforward.
