Excel Invoice Template

Small businesses often have difficulties making the transition from pen and paper to specialized invoicing software, especially when you consider the high price of many of these applications. For many of these companies, an invoice template can serve as a good alternative.

Excel Invoice Template is a fill-in-the-blanks Excel template that enables you to create a printable invoice by entering your company’s details and the products that are being sold. It is designed to serve as a simple alternative to invoicing software.

Since this is an Excel template, you will need to have Microsoft Office installed on your computer in order to run it. Nothing else needs to be installed on your machine, as the template comes in the form of a single XLS file.

Your company’s details can be entered in the upper section of the invoice, along with its logo. Once you have added all the products that are being sold, as well as their quantities and unit prices, the invoice will calculate the totals automatically.

You can specify which of the products are taxable, as well as add a shipping and handling fee.  If the order has been partially paid for, you can also enter this amount.
