Unfortunately, the application doesn’t really support any type of document, meaning there’s no load option. As such, you either need to manually write down the text of interest, or simply paste it from the source document. The same goes for saving all modifications, which also needs to be done through the clipboard.

A couple of fields help you define the string to look up, as well as the one to replace with. Note, however, that fields are case-sensitive, so you need to pay close attention to the replace string, so you don’t end up with no changes made at all. It would have been useful to see all target strings highlighted for a clear view of changes.

Bottom line is that EZ String Replacer is the search and replace function which needs to be in a majority of text strings, but isn’t. Although it comes with a rather straightforward approach on the situation, it manages to get the job done well overall.
