FaxTalk Multiline Server

FaxTalk Multiline Server is a tool designed to eliminate the need for a standard fax machine, as it provides you with several advanced tools to manage to send, receive, view, print, listen and organize the voice messages and fax documents, all from the same location.

The program comes with a rather old-school and rugged GUI that consists of a single window with multiple folder lists. Even though it is not a looker, the interface is user-friendly and comes with shortcuts to the inbox, outbox, contacts or the transaction log, for your enhanced convenience.

The idea behind the tool is to behave in a similar manner as a fax machine, meaning that you can send, receive, print, forward, listen or organize your faxes. However, the highlight is that you can set up multiple lines and therefore, manage communications from multiple machines at the same time. In other words, you can create multiple voice messaging system that you can manage from the same location.

A noteworthy function of the tool is the coversheet designer, an option that identifies the sender and provides the addressing information so that you can be sure that the fax is sent to the correct recipient. The coversheet stores relevant information, such as who sent the fax, the recipient, the time and date, total number of pages and how to contact the sender in case of an incorrect transmission.

The designer allows you to create custom templates to be used when sending faxes with separate messaging systems. Consequentially, you can add a logo, graphics, draw lines, shapes, add text, include dynamic fields and employ custom fonts and styles.
