This software works using preset profiles. Each profile has details about the source directory, what conditions to check, what actions to take on certain files, and where to send them. You can easily set these up through the Config menu, where you can create or edit the rules for each profile.

Creating Profiles Made Simple

When you're ready to create a new profile, just give it a name and tell it which source directory to look at. You can even choose whether or not to include any sub-folders. Want more control? You can add filters based on filenames or file extensions! After that, set some rules for things like file size or creation date. For example, you might want to only include files larger than 2MB.

The software handles all kinds of actions like moving, renaming, deleting, copying—basically anything you need! Plus, if there’s an error—like if a file is damaged—it gives you options on what to do next: ignore it, delete it, or take no action at all.

Once your profile is set up and saved in the dedicated window, it's super easy to run it whenever you need. You can pick a profile to run it again later if needed or even edit or delete it. Just select your desired profile and hit start! Don't forget to refresh the log afterward so you can see what happened during the process.
