FrostWire Ultra Accelerator

Most files nowadays are shared through the Internet, given its considerable speed and capabilities. Various types of programs can be used for file transfer operations, depending on the protocol, method, and purpose of it all. As such, FrostWire Ultra Accelerator comes as a speed enhancement for FrostWire.

The computer on which FrostWire Ultra Accelerator is used needs to be connected to the Internet, at least during runtime. Needless to say that FrostWire also needs to be installed.

The interface holds most functions used to manage FrostWire Ultra Accelerator. Here, it’s possible to toggle the state of the session, minimize to the tray area, quit the program, or instantly launch FrostWire in case it’s not already running.

Apart from the set of options, the interface also displays a set of parameters. The statistics panel shows the type of connection, status, received and sent bytes, session duration, and program runtime elapsed time.

In case multiple network interfaces are available on the target PC, the one of interest is selected from a dedicated drop-down menu. When not directly in use, the application can minimize to the tray area. The associated icon holds a menu with options which can enable it to run with Windows, auto-run FrostWire, and auto-resume downloads.
