Go Pro Note is a handy little tool that helps you keep track of your files and folders, no matter if you're an accountant, lawyer, or architect. Let’s face it, managing everything can get pretty tedious! With Go Pro Note, you can create digital sticky notes for any active window on your computer. This means you can set reminders, make to-do lists, or even leave memos for your coworkers with ease.
After you install the program, you’ll find it chilling in your System Tray. But here's a quick tip: you can't create a note until you've opened a folder or an app. Once you're in the right spot—like a file or directory—you can use the add-a-note function and start jotting down your thoughts.
The interface looks great too! It pops up as a small window showing where you are on your computer along with the date and time. There’s a dedicated space where you can write anything that comes to mind—comments, lists—you name it! If you want to save something for later, just hit the check feature and export it to a database file anywhere on your computer.
Once you've created a note or reminder, the app will generate an extra icon for super quick access. You can stick this icon anywhere on your desktop for easy reach! Plus, feel free to add as many memos as needed for any active window.
If you're into highlighting important messages (you know how urgent things can get!), Go Pro Note lets you change font sizes and styles for each note. This is perfect if you're using color codes to prioritize files and folders on your computer.
