Every time you want to make a new label or envelope, you can either open an existing database or import your contacts from a CSV file or even your email. It's pretty simple! You can also add new contacts or tweak the ones you already have. Once that's done, just pick one or more contacts to make specific labels for.

Envelope Options Galore

Handy Label Maker supports lots of standard envelope choices. You can choose formats like business envelopes, A2 invitations, A7 announcements, or even greeting card sizes. Plus, the exact size in inches is shown right next to each option. Want something custom? No problem! You can adjust the left and top margins to create your own envelope size.

Label Positioning Made Simple

When you're making a label, the app will ask you for a position number. Each label sheet has between 1 and 30 positions from left to right showing where your label will print. For example, position 5 is right in the middle of the second row!

Print Multiple Labels at Once

If you're looking to print several labels at once, just enter a range in the Label position reading window instead of just one number—easy peasy! Handy Label Maker also serves as a contact manager. You can edit details like name, address, email, company name, and phone numbers. Oh! And if you set up a contact's birthday in there too, it’ll remind you when their big day comes around.

Find Contacts Quickly

The program has this handy search engine that helps you find any contact in your database in no time! You can browse through your contacts by first name, company name, ZIP code, or phone number. Plus, Handy Label Maker can generate reports so you can see all your contacts at once.
