Easy Integration with Microsoft Access


This tool works perfectly with Microsoft Access and plays well with different versions of the software. You can think of it as a database manager that lets you look through any entry just by browsing through records.



Create Custom Search Filters


You can set up various search filters to find exactly what you're looking for. Just type in some specific criteria based on the database you're checking out. Helpdesk Elite opens like a dashboard where you can access all available databases with just one click!



Track Employee Activities


You can keep tabs on employee activity and see which tickets have been solved. Plus, you can make detailed profile sheets for each team member! You’ll be able to enter their contact info, computer specs, login details, network connection status, finished courses, inventory items, and whether they work from home.



Manage Troubleshooting Tickets


The Helpdesk tab lets you view and change troubleshooting tickets easily. You can filter tickets by who they’re assigned to, which engineer is helping out, priority level, type of issue, or even date! There’s space for problem descriptions, solutions found, related topics, and an audit trail.



Email Clients Directly from Helpdesk Elite


This tool also links up with Microsoft Outlook, making it easy to send emails to clients right from Helpdesk Elite. Whenever a ticket gets resolved or if you need to create an appointment or task in Outlook—you’ve got it covered! You can even manage purchase orders and quickly whip up invoices.



Print Screens Straight from the App


Every tab in Helpdesk Elite has its own special function that lets you print the current screen right from within the app. This tool helps store and organize info about your company’s inventory, knowledge base articles, orders placed, invoices sent out, tickets handled or employee details. And guess what? It can create detailed reports along with statistical data too!
