What is Hidden Toggle?

Hidden Toggle Software

Hidden Toggle Software

Product Description:

Hidden Toggle is a very basic piece of software that runs using a command line interface, allowing you to switch between view modes and show or hide items from your system folders and files.

The program is straightforward - just double click it to run. It can be launched from any folder, closing Windows Explorer and displaying a command line window that lists the operations it performs, like 'Changing Registry Settings'.

Hidden Toggle restarts Windows Explorer after the operation, but previously opened folders are not reopened. The utility shows the current status as either 'Show' or 'Hide', but it's visible for a short period, requiring attention not to miss it.

It's a useful tool for detecting system file changes and manual virus removal operations, but it does nothing more. Hidden Toggle lacks customizable options, performing a single function.

While easy to use, it doesn't introduce anything new compared to Windows Explorer's 'Hidden Items' function, making its purpose questionable. Hidden Toggle allows you to switch between 'Show' and 'Hide' status of items on your computer.
