IconHider is a cool little tool I whipped up when I couldn’t find anything that fit my needs. And guess what? It’s totally FREE! This handy tray program lets you show and hide your desktop icons, kick off your screensaver, and even minimize all your apps. How great is that?

Easy Shortcuts for Quick Access

With IconHider, you can use simple keyboard shortcuts to manage your desktop icons:

• CTL-ALT-H = hide desktop icons.


• CTL-ALT-S = show desktop icons.

You can do all this from the program window or even when it’s minimized. Just right-click on the tray icon for quick options!
