iDEN Media Downloader

The iDEN Media Downloader application is the first enhanced application that enables you to load pictures and videos from your iDEN compatible phone to your computer. Media downloader is intended for iDEN phones that incorporate the My Pictures or Media Center feature.

RS232 serial cable connections are not supported. Please use USB cable to communicate with the phone.

DO NOT ATTACH THE CABLE AND PHONE TO THE PC UNTIL AFTER THE APPLICATION HAS BEEN INSTALLED. After installing the application you may attach the cable and phone to the PC. At this point, Windows will try to install the USB device driver for the phone. If the Found New Hardware Wizard is displayed, make sure that Install the software automatically is selected and click Next. You will get a warning that the device driver has not passed Windows Logo Testing. Click Continue Anyway. Next click Finish. You may now start the application and utilize USB communications.

Videos are transferred from your phone to your computer in .3gp format. To play .3gp files, you must have a media player that handles this format.
