InstagramDownloader

InstagramDownloader is a lightweight and portable software application that you can use to quickly download the links of all pictures from an Instagram account.

It doesn't sport complicated options or configuration parameters, making it accessible even to those with little or no experience in computer software.

Since there is no setup pack involved, you can drop the program files to any part of the hard disk and just click the executable to run.

There is also the possibility to save InstagramDownloader to USB flash disk or similar storage unit, in order to run it on any PC seamlessly and without prior installers.

What's more, the tool does not create new entries in the Windows registry or Start menu, leaving the disk clean after removal.

The app's GUI is represented by a single window with a clean and intuitive structure, where all you have to do is type a user account from Instagram and click a button to immediately start downloading all picture links.

There are no other notable options provided by this software utility. For instance, it is not possible to change the default saving directory. A plain text document containing all image URLs is created for each user account in InstagramDownloader's root directory.

The app is very fast and does not put a strain on computer performance, as it uses low CPU and RAM. We have not encountered any unpleasant surprises throughout our evaluation, as InstagramDownloader did not hang, crash or pop up error dialogs.

The app is clearly not designed to directly fetch Instagram pictures instead of just their URLs. However, it is simple to use and gets the job done in no time.
