IP Port Analyzer is a handy tool that shows you a list of Internet connections made by your running programs. It helps you check out which ports are open, and trust me, it’s super easy to use—even if you're not a tech expert!
This program automatically detects web-based applications when you start it up. You’ll see details like the protocol used, local and remote addresses, port numbers, and even the ID and name of each process. It’s pretty straightforward!
Before you get too excited, there are a couple of things to note. First off, this software hasn’t had any updates in a while and doesn’t support 64-bit processors. Also, it’s important to know that IP Port Analyzer only acts as a viewer; it doesn’t have options for managing the connections.
If you want to keep the information displayed, you can save it as a plain text document. Just choose where you want to save it and give your file a name. You can refresh the data too, but beyond that, there aren’t many other features.
The cool thing about IP Port Analyzer is that it doesn't come with an installation package. You can just copy the downloaded files to any folder on your disk or even onto a USB flash drive. This way, you can easily launch it on any computer without much hassle.
This software is nice because it won't mess with your system registry settings or create files on your hard drive without asking first. Plus, if you're into coding, the source code is included in the download so you can take a peek at how it's built!
IP Port Analyzer has everything you need for an easy time analyzing ports opened by different programs using the Internet. In our tests, it didn’t hog system resources either—it used very little CPU and RAM! Just wish they’d update it more often.
