JW HRM-GPX-TCX Tool is a user-friendly Java-based application that helps you convert HRM or GPX data into CSV files on your computer. This tool is great for making files that work well with sports tracking programs or web portals.
This tool really shines when you need to gather data for sports tracking programs or web portals. It features a main window that acts like a command center where you can pick the functions you want to use.
You can easily extract parameters from Polar Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) format and GPS Exchange (GPX) files. Plus, you get to preview the columns before saving the data. The output formats include CSV documents with GPX headers or trackpoints. You can also export information directly to GPX and TCX file types, both keeping their original unmerged GPX data.
Since it’s built with Java, the JW HRM-GPX-TCX Tool has a consistent interface layout. The main window lets you import data, view it, or export it in your chosen format—all in just a few clicks!
The tool allows you to preview what you're about to export. It can easily read column headers, data fields, encoding type, file version, and even details like author name, URL, short description, and multiple waypoints. The View Data window shows both header and records from your GPX or HRM files.
You have several options for adjusting how you import/export and merge your data. You can set things like the GPX time zone as well as values for heart rate (HR), cadence, power, air pressure, timestamps, speed, and altitude when exporting your data. The Merge Adjustments tab gives you control over merging GPX/HRM data from input files.
