Keyword Generator is a tool you can use to come up with passwords that are secure enough to protect your email accounts, wireless network connections, as well as encrypted photos and documents.

It gives you the possibility to set the password complexity. By replacing dictionary-based passwords with keys made from random combinations of characters, you can prevent intruders from hacking into your personal accounts to steal data and possible hold it for ransom.

It's a Metro app optimized for desktops, tablets, notebooks and laptops running Windows 8, 8.1 and 10, including touch-supported devices.

After downloading and installing Keyword Generator from the Windows Store, you can deploy the Modern UI app and switch to full screen to get a better view of everything. It has a dark theme.

All password-related options are visible, so it's not necessary to find and open menus. You can include lower and capital letters, as well as numbers and symbols in the password creation job by just checking the corresponding boxes.

You can specify the number of characters that make up the password, ranging from 1 to 20. To create a random password, just click the Generate button.

The application doesn't implement options for creating more keys at the same time, nor a visible button for copying the password to the Clipboard. However, you can select and right-click to copy, then tinker with the password complexity and generate as many new keys as you want.

This way, you can separately create a document with many random and secure passwords using an external application (like Windows Notepad).

Unfortunately, we experienced some display issues on Windows 10 in our tests. Other than that, we didn't come across any functionality problems with Keyword Generator. It's fast and easy to use for creating secure passwords.
