Library .NET (Free Note Edition)

Library .NET is a notetaking utility designed to gather all your personal information in a digital and secure place. It does not require installation and comes packed with a bunch of practical tools and settings. For example, it offers support for Unicode characters, history navigation, along with data export and import.

You can drop the executable file in any part of the hard drive and just click it to run, as well as copy it to a pen drive or other removable storage unit, in order to launch it on any computer with minimum effort, as long as it has .NET Framework installed.
