M Explorer Locker is a straightforward application designed to help you restrict the access of other PC users to important parts of the computer, such as My Computer, folders, drives, the Control Panel, Recycle Bin, Command Prompt, and Registry Editor.

This is possible via password protection. The tool doesn't have advanced options or configuration settings, so it can be handled even by users with little or no experience in security software.
