Magic Utilities 2011

Magic Utilities is a program that provides you with a few tools for managing your computer system.

The interface of the application is simplistic and intuitive. Magic Utilities can be easily used by individuals of any experience level.

You can remove programs that have been installed on your computer, use a search function, delete entries, view app information and refresh the list.

But you can also add, edit, delete, enable or disable applications which automatically run at system startup and use a search function, export the list to a plain text document and save the settings.

You can terminate processes that are currently running and view a list of modules of the selected item, scan your disks for junk information, permanently delete files beyond recovery (i.e. file shredder), encrypt or decrypt files with the help of passwords, as well as access several Windows utilities (e.g. Event Viewer, Disk Cleanup, System Configuration).

The application requires a low amount of system resources, includes a step-by-step guide and has a very good response time. We haven't come across any kind of issues during our tests, since Magic Utilities did not freeze, crash or display errors.

On the other hand, its list of features is pretty limited. For example, Windows already contains a program uninstaller and process killer. With all things considered, we suggest you look for a more powerful software.
