Mx One Antivirus

Mx One Antivirus is a simple-to-use application that detects and removes virus infections from pen drives, such as USB flash disks, iPods and MP3 players.

It includes features a real-time shield and contains additional tools dedicated to Windows recovery, storage unit unlocking, USB devices, and others.

The package includes two installation modes. Instead of installing Mx One Antivirus to the computer, you can put it directly on the pen drives you want to protect.

In the latter case, the scan method can be performed in three ways: only the start of the device, full, or custom. The computer installer option provides access only to the custom mode.

Once installed, Mx One Antivirus creates an icon in the system tray area, where you can bring up the main window and choose a scan mode. The custom mode covers any area of the removable disk or hard drive.

Results show the total analyzed files and detected viruses, along with the start and end time. Infections can be send to the quarantine instead of removing the file.

The extra tools we mentioned earlier are also capable of disabling the execution of Autorun.inf, customizing USB backgrounds and colors, and preventing future infections on the device.
