Utah, Montana, California, Georgia, and Nevada are just a few regions which have beautiful looking canyons. These are captured in great looking photos and put together to form a compilation that will truly satisfy any fan of the great outdoors.  The times of the wild west may have passed, but you may relieve them by heart just by looking at these pictures. The orange sunset light that bounces off the reddish stone creates a chromatic delight that will enchant even those who aren't fans of canyons.

While the app is not millions of years old like the wallpapers it contains, the images do show their age when viewed on big monitors. Almost all wallpapers show more or fewer signs of pixelation when viewed on large monitors (starting from 1920 x 1080 resolution) making their use of even bigger screens somewhat limited.

There aren't many customization settings either, besides the changeable image keep and transition time, and the built-in clock's design doesn't fit the theme of the wallpaper from an aesthetics point of view.

All things considered, if you have an older monitor that has a resolution of 1368 x 768  or lower, then you will be able to enjoy National Canyons Free Screensaver to its fullest. And even if you don't you may not mind this minor inconvenience given how beautiful the images are.
