Getting Started with NetworkTrafficView

When you open the program, you'll first need to pick your network adapter and how you want to capture data. The interface is clean and super easy to use, so even if you're not a tech whiz, you'll be just fine!

What Can You See?

This software gives you loads of info about your network traffic. You can check out details like Ethernet type, IP addresses, source and destination addresses, ports in use, connection status, the count of packets, total packet size, data speed, duration of connections, and more!

Customize Your View

You can even rearrange the columns to show what matters most to you. Just drag items up or down to change their order and choose which ones you want to see on the main panel.

Filter Your Results

If you want to narrow things down a bit, there’s a filtering option! You can set it up so that only items with a certain speed or minimum number of packets show up.

Saving Your Stats

A really neat feature is that you can save your statistics as HTML files. Whether you want everything saved or just specific items is totally up to you. And while there are hotkeys available for quick access, keep in mind that they can't be changed.

Built-in Search Engine

NetworkTrafficView also comes with its own search engine! Plus, it lets you hide closed TCP connections and display various packet types like TCP, UDP, ICMP, Non-IP traffic as well as IPv4 and IPv6. And guess what? It can even kick off monitoring right when Windows starts!
