Notes

Notes is a desktop software tool that makes use of multiple tabs in order to help you store and organize your information with as little effort as possible.

The program is packed in a clean and well-organized interface. Even though it comes with numerous features, the intuitive settings make sure that it can be configured by any type of users, even those less familiarized with this kind of software.

The application lets you customize the text the way you like it. You can choose one of the many available fonts (e.g. Arial, Times New Roman, Tahoma), font style, size, and effects (strikeout, underline).

More than that, you can change the backgrounds color, insert bullets, indent your text more or less, add date and time stamps (you can choose the date and time format), and more. The added tabs can be deleted or renamed at any time, print them, and preview what you are about to print.

Notes can be set to run at Windows startup, start minimized, run in the system tray, and always show the tray icon.

It lets you import and export files as well. Simply choose the source file, destination tab and then import your files.

The utility supports a list of shortcuts for most of its functions to make it easier to use. You can employ a combination of hotkeys, such as “Ctrl + L” to select all files, “Ctrl + O” to select note files, “Ctrl + P” to print your text, and “Ctrl + H” to hide or show the toolbar.

The program worked smoothly during our testing. The overall performance of the computer was not affected, due to the low usage of CPU and memory.
