Oligo Explorer is a nifty tool that helps you check out all the important primer properties like Tm, GC%, primer loops, and primer dimers. It’s pretty handy! You can even pick your primers right from the sequence. Plus, it comes with this awesome feature called the 'Primer Wizard' that guides you in finding the best primer pairs for whatever you're working on.

Easy Primer Selection

The cool part is, you can set your own rules for how you want to search for those primer pairs or just stick with the default settings. Most of the time, those default settings work just fine for what you need!

Smart Suggestions

The 'Primer Wizard' suggests pairs that will give you PCR products of a specific length. And don’t worry—each individual primer pair has been tested to make sure they won't mess around by forming stable primer dimers or loops.
