The picture isn’t displayed in full size, but there are several options to manage and this isn’t an inconvenience.

The frame can be freely moved across the desktop to any position you see fit. It doesn’t stay on top of other windows, but there isn’t even an option to enable this. It’s also possible to scale the entire frame, just in case you want to have a large display of the picture and frame on the desktop.

There’s a default picture to help you get an idea how things look. You can pick a custom picture from your computer if it’s under formats like JPG, PNG, or GIF. The picture can be rotated and zoomed in. Unfortunately, there’s no possibility to have multiple pictures loaded into a slideshow, so you need to manually change the picture if you ever get bored of it.

The entire frame can be moved and scaled, and the picture rotated and adjusted. Sadly, there’s no slideshow option.
