QuickChangeResolution

It might sometimes happen that you must switch between different resolutions on your PC’s screen multiple times. Modifying the monitor’s resolution is usually done via the Control Panel or the Settings app in Windows 10 and, while this is the solution that most users prefer, others find that it is an inconvenient to navigate to the display settings screen every time the resolution needs changing. QuickChangeResolution is a simple application specifically created for the latter category.

There is no need to install QuickChangeResolution, as the application is portable. In other words, you don’t need to go through a setup process. The application is ready to use as soon as you double click on the executable file.   The one window interface of QuickChangeResolution comprises a list of all the available preset resolutions, with populated columns for width and height for each. The current resolution of your display is shown in the lower side of the window.

To change the resolution, all you have to do is select the desired value in the table and hit the “Set Resolution” button. The changes are visible instantly.   Changes ca be made permanently or not, depending on what you prefer. Moreover, you can choose whether to apply changes for the current user or for all the users.
