Screen Daemon is a super handy screen reader utility that's built using Perl. It's designed to be easy to use and works great alongside Narrator. Originally, I wanted to make a simple mouse tracker, but as I played around with the idea, I decided to add more features and fix some bugs along the way!
This app is perfect if you're looking for something straightforward that does the job without all the fluff. It’s really just a complement to Narrator, so if you're already using that, Screen Daemon can step in and help out.
