This means every time you turn on your computer, Sensible Note Taker opens up for you. Don't worry though; this feature only affects the currently logged-in user and can be turned off anytime.

User-Friendly Interface

The interface is clean and easy to navigate. You won’t have to fuss over complicated designs here. You can write or paste notes without any hassle, plus there’s no limit on how many tabs you can create to keep everything organized! There’s also a basic search-and-replace option to help find specific words.

Keeping Track of Time

A neat little touch is the status bar showing the current time and date. Want to insert that into your notes? Just one click does the trick! You can also change how the date and time look if you want.

Sorting Your Notes

If you're making lists, Sensible Note Taker lets you sort them in any order—ascending, descending, or even randomly! And if you mess something up? No problem; just undo or redo your actions easily.

Backing Up Your Work

You can back up all your notes (they'll be saved in their format) so nothing gets lost! Automatic backups are on by default but feel free to tweak settings like how often they happen (hourly, daily, weekly). Plus, you can set a limit on how many backups are kept so that your disk doesn’t fill up!

Customization Options

If you're into customization, you'll love it here! Change text alignment (left, center, right), modify font styles and background colors for each tab—or all of them at once! There’s also an option to hide toolbars and see real-time counts of words or characters in your current tab.

Saving and Printing Tabs

Your tabs aren’t just stuck in the app either; they can be saved as .txt or .rtf files. Getting ready to print? Adjust paper size, margins, and orientation with ease!

Preferences Made Easy
