At first glance, the app's interface might look a bit basic. You might think it’s too simple because there aren’t a ton of menus to click through. But don't let that fool you! This simplicity makes it super easy to find what you need quickly with just a few big buttons.
You can jump into your contacts agenda, manage invoices, and check on products without breaking a sweat. There’s even a section for notes and reminders built right in! One thing we noticed during testing is that some input fields didn't allow pasting from the clipboard. That was a bit frustrating since we tried several times.
The amount of info you can store for each customer or contact is impressive! Plus, whenever you add something new, the app saves it automatically and gives you a little confirmation message. No worries about losing important details here!
If you want to jot down some notes or set reminders, you don’t have to switch apps. The built-in module lets you do everything without leaving Service Admin, which is super convenient.
