Shortcut Creator 4U3

Shortcut Creator 4U3 is a simple application designed for those individuals who use U3 Launchpad. It's a simple program that allows for the creation of custom shortcuts, complete with images, paths, and any other unique element you could imagine. As far as the interface is concerned, one can't really be picky. After all, it's just a tool.

An interesting detail is the possibility to hide certain buttons in order to keep the interface clean and uncluttered. From top to bottom, you'll have to add the name of the shortcut, decide if it should start automatically with the Launchpad, include the application path, the icon image, and the working directory. Add an argument, a short description, vendor name, and URL if you want to really create a complete entry.

Other buttons included in the interface are the Help, Manifest, Zip, Shrotuct, and Add Shortcut buttons. This tool will indeed be helpful only to a handful of people. If you're not using U3 Launchpad, this app is pretty much useless to you. Still, for those who do make U3L part of their lives, it's nice to have a way of creating unique content in order to have your machine stand out even further than before.
