Smart Quote Organizer is a handy little app made for collecting, organizing, and viewing quotes and aphorisms. All the info is saved in a Microsoft Access 2000 database. But don’t worry, you don’t have to install Access 2000 to use it!

Features of Smart Quote Organizer

This app displays all kinds of quote information like text, author, subject, language, rating, notes, and even a unique reference key. You can filter quotes based on different criteria too! Want to find something specific? Just search by the string in the quotes, notes, author name, subject, language or rating.

Flexible Display Options

Quotes usually pop up in a random order which keeps things interesting unless you want them sorted your way (by author, subject, rating—you name it!). It’s all about making it work for you!

All About the Authors

For each author in your collection, you'll see their name along with notes and a picture. You can even link each author to a different image that shows up when their quote is displayed. It’s a fun way to personalize your collection!

Exporting and Importing Data

You can export data in various text formats and bring it back into the app later on or even into other installations of Smart Quote Organizer.

Diverse Collection of Quotes

The database comes loaded with tons of quotes from many authors across different languages—over 600 quotes in English alone! Plus more than 1000 in Italian and some sprinkled in French, German, and Spanish. Feel free to delete any quotes you don't want to keep though! Just remember that while the quotes are multilingual, the user interface is only available in English.
