Smartpack Kitchen Designer is a cool Java-based app that lets you design kitchens without the mess! You can add everything from floors and walls to appliances, all in a virtual space.

User-Friendly Interface

The interface is super easy to use. You’ll see a clean window that’s nicely organized. To start your design, just tell it how wide, long, and tall you want your room to be.

Add Your Favorite Features

You can throw in all sorts of elements like doors, windows, cabinets (think corner ones or ones with one door and two drawers), broom pantries, laundries, open shelves, benchtops, sinks, dishwashers, and dryers. It’s all done with drag-and-drop—easy peasy!

Edit Everything You Need

Want to change something? Just double-click on any item in your design to edit its properties. For example, you can choose whether the dryer’s filler goes left or right. Plus, you can rotate or delete objects if they’re not working for you.

Add Some Style

Another fun feature of Smartpack Kitchen Designer is that you can really make your kitchen pop with finishes tailored for each object. Appliances can come in brushed aluminum or colors like brown, black, or white. And don’t forget about the walls—you can paint them any color from yellow to peach!

Viewing Modes Made Easy

The default viewing mode is top-down; however, you have the option to switch it up to a 3D view! There’s also a handy list of all available objects and their properties for when you need more info. Want prices? You can attach price tags too! Once you're done designing, save your project for later changes or print it out or email it off!

System Requirements and Performance

Smartpack Kitchen Designer does use quite a bit of CPU and RAM but responds pretty well without making your computer lag or crash. Just a heads-up: we couldn’t switch over to 3D view during our test.
