SolarWinds Virtualization Manager

SolarWinds Virtualization Manager is a software solution designed to optimize vSphere and Hyper-V performance, as well as fix potential issues as quickly as possible. It is intended to increase productivity and let you focus on other matters that require your attention.

The application inspects virtual machines and provides recommendations for optimal VM size and placement. If a recommendation is deemed necessary, it can be applied with a single click. SolarWinds Virtualization Manager can also predict the CPU, memory, network and storage requirements of VMware, vSphere and Hyper-V, allowing you to create more accurate plans.

The software provides you with dashboards that list all important VM parameters, alerts and events on one screen. The idea is to make the administrator’s job easier and enable them to take action as quickly as possible.

Encountered issues can be resolved without having to log in to a hypervisor. You can also manage migrations, resources and snapshots from a single location.

SolarWinds Virtualization Manager allows administrators to turn off idle VMs, as well as delete snapshots, powered-off VMs and orphaned VMDK files in order to recover resources.
